Yes! As someone who focuses her work on helping those who feel burnt out, stressed and overwhelmed, I recognise this is a 'human' issue, and therefore embrace that. Whilst my predominant client base tends to be women navigating the chaos and complexities of midlife, I also work with anyone who needs the time and space to create real, lasting change in their body, mind and life. The only gender protected space is in my workshops and gatherings as these are designed specifically for the feminine energy, cycles and systems that comes with being born female. For massage and restoration work - I work with a broad range of clients from sports people and athletes working on injury prevention and recovery to those looking for a deeply relaxing and exceptional massage experience.
Coaching is a dynamic and collaborative process focused on helping individuals identify and achieve their personal and professional goals. It involves a series of one-on-one sessions with a qualified and insured coach who provides a container to explore the possibilities, breakthrough barriers and commit to positive, inspired actions. With any mentoring aspects to your programme, you'll also receive evidence based guidance, support, and accountability. I use a variety of techniques and tools to help clients gain clarity, set actionable goals, and develop strategies to overcome challenges, most of these are from Coaching Psychology and Positive Psychology. The coaching process is highly personalised, tailored to each individual's unique needs and aspirations, and it empowers clients to make positive changes in their lives.
The duration of a coaching engagement can vary based on individual goals and needs, but also according to any coaching experiences or programmes a client may sign up too. Some clients find value in a few sessions focused on specific issues or challenges, while others may engage in longer-term coaching to achieve more substantial personal or professional transformations. Typically, a coaching relationship may last anywhere from a few months to a year or longer. It's essential to discuss your objectives and expectations with your coach to determine the best timeline for your coaching journey.
